Why join Customology?
Our Culture – our culture is most important to us. You will be joining a highly supportive, vibrant team who are ridiculously passionate about the work they do and helping our clients to make a difference. We regularly take time out to socialise and learn from each other. We have a funky office based in Cannon Hill with its own cafe but also offer flexible working arrangements, including working from home.
We’re growing (and you will too) – in the last 12 months we have begun working with many new, exciting clients. We’re expecting 2021 to be even bigger. There will be plenty of room for career growth for the right person. Every employee has their own personal budget for learning and development.
We’re award-winning – we recently took home the Global Loyalty Magazine’s Regional Loyalty Champions – APAC award. We were also winners at this year’s Australian Marketing Institute’s Marketing Excellence Awards. Most recently we were finalists at the Brisbane Lord Mayor’s Awards for our innovative marketing and business approach.
It’s the people that really makes us who we are, all with the shared passion for what we do. Our team of Customologists is filled with smart and energetic people who value curiosity, collaboration, contribution, and communication. Our playground-like office is designed to encourage interaction and conversation, with regular share and learn breakfasts, an onsite cafe, swings, putt-putt, garden workspace, and creative breakout spaces.
