Digital Project Manager


Join us as a Digital Project Manager to help our clients develop data integrations, customers programs, and digital solutions which help create customers for life. Use your organisational skills, critical thinking, and technical knowledge to translate the strategy into requirements, then manage the successful delivery.


What you’ll be doing

  • Participate in the discovery, strategy, and requirement gathering process
  • Interpret the business needs and deliver client-facing and internal documents such as scope, requirements, project plans, risks, budget, and supporting process mapping/use cases/scenarios.
  • Translate the technical language so that business stakeholders can easily understand the solutions and any complexities/limitations/risks.
  • Ensure all project stakeholders are effectively engaged throughout the project lifecycle
  • Act as the gatekeeper of the requirements, ensuring the scope is achievable within budget and timeframe, and that optimum value is provided to the client.

Who we’re looking for

  • Effective project management, liaising between client, internal, and third-party stakeholders as project lead.
  • The ability to work on multiple concurrent projects with multiple clients
  • Commercial acumen with the ability to identify scope variations and opportunity to add value to the client while maintaining profitability.
  • Working knowledge of digital, database, and marketing technologies. You don’t need to be able to code the final solution but can talk through it with the technical team.
  • Previous 5+ years experience successfully leading digital projects
  • Experience leading projects in agencies for data and CRM highly advantageous
  • The ability to interpret and communicate both business and technical requirements
  • Strong and confident verbal and written English communications skills
  • Relevant tertiary education in Business, Marketing, IT is highly regarded but not essential if you have demonstrated relevant experience.
